応用クラス / Advanced class
基礎クラス修了者を主な対象としていますが、水墨画の基礎を学んだ経験のある方もご相談下さい。水墨画だけでなく、工筆画も取り入れ、様々な技法を学びます。
This class is primarily intended for students who have completed the basic course. In addition to sumi-ink painting, the class incorporates fine detailed painting techniques, allowing students to explore a wide range of approaches.
【内容 / Course Description】
応用クラスでは、基礎で学んだ筆遣いや墨の扱いを土台にしながら、水墨画を「決まった描き方の技術」としてではなく、表現の幅を持った絵画として捉える視点を養っていきます。
特定の作風や描き方を身につけることを目的とせず、
さまざまな技法や異なる種類の紙を用いながら、
それぞれの感覚や関心を大切にした制作を行います。
自分なりの表現を探っていきたい方に向けたクラスです。応用クラスでは、若冲や雪舟など、歴史的絵師の作品の模写や、細密画の技法も学びます。
In the advanced class, students build on the brushwork and ink-handling skills learned in the basic course, and develop a perspective that views sumi-ink painting not as a fixed set of techniques, but as a form of painting with a wide range of expression.
Rather than aiming to acquire a particular style or way of painting, students explore various techniques and work with different types of paper, while valuing their own sensibilities and interests in the creative process.
This class is designed for those who wish to search for and develop their own mode of expression.
In the advanced class, students also study by copying works by historical masters such as Jakuchu and Sesshū, and learn fine, detailed brushwork techniques.
【授業カリキュラム例 / Sample Curriculum 】
膠を使用した描き方、筆を使わずに描く、スタンピングの技法、塩を使って描く、揉み紙の技法、滲みの強い紙とドーサ引きに描く、若冲や雪舟模写、細密で描く花、等。
Techniques include painting with animal glue, painting without using brushes, stamping techniques, painting with salt, paper-crumpling techniques, and working on highly absorbent papers as well as on sized papers treated with dosa.
